A must read!

Alyse - August 2024

If you can handle the dark and gritty, revel in the gruesome, and appreciate intricate details, this novel is a must-read. Proceed with caution—a strong stomach is essential. David, a serial killer tired of his routine, decides he needs a change. He devises a plan to add excitement to his life. Enter Pete, an unsuspecting individual who soon becomes a crucial part of David’s twisted game. By the end of this novel, I literally had to pick my jaw up off the floor. The shockingly twisted ending was completely unexpected and crafted to perfection. Alistair warned me it was gruesome, and while I was sceptical, he was right. This novel is intensely graphic, and I loved every moment of it. It kept me on the edge of my seat, heart racing, cringing in some parts but unable to stop reading. I thoroughly enjoyed Alistair’s writing. The detail was exceptional, and the plot was meticulously crafted. The story, told from both Pete’s and David’s perspectives, offered a rich, dual view of the characters. Alistair skillfully portrayed both an organised and a disorganised killer.
