My New Go To

Carrie - November 2023

I had seen this around for a while but not gotten around to buying it and was fortunately gifted a copy and WOW! It has become my absolute go-to cookbook - whether its to knock something up quickly for the family or for an evening of entertaining and guests. Ingredients are easily accessible and there is something for every taste. The Swedish Meatballs and Cashew Chicken have gone down a treat in our home. The Lemon Cheesecake makes a perfect dessert and helps use all of those lemons dripping off the tree at the moment. Hands down the best cookbook I have had in a long time. And I have a full library to compare it to!

My most reached for cook book

Jess - February 2023

Every time I pick up this book I’m inspired. I can always find a recipe that uses ingredients I already have too. Such tasty, fool proof dishes, packed with tips and tricks, that my toddler loves to eat too. Thanks Nagi. (Her website is also my go-to for recipes now too.)

Highly Recommended!

You know a hot book when the preorders roll in and this is the one leading the pack! Nagi Maehashi has created the Recipe Tin Eats brand originating from a food blog and is now across all social media platforms. From humble beginnings, along with her dog Dozer, Nagi’s vibrant, hardworking attitude and enthusiasm oozes from her online posts and she has a serious following. Nagi says “I believe you can make great food with everyday ingredients even if you’re short on time and cost conscious – you just need to cook clever and get creative!”. Nagi takes the hardwork out of all the angst over meal ideas by presenting a vast array of creative solutions for quick, easy dinners. “150 plus recipes from Australia’s favourite cook that have been tried and tested – from comfort food, fast and easy weekend food, Mexican favourites, hearty salads, Asian soups and noodles, special treats and festive occasions. Follow QR codes for links to videos for step-by-step guides!” Highly recommended!
